WHO IS CRAIG BALDWIN

Welcome to the professional world of Craig Baldwin, widely recognized in the music industry as The Boss CB. A native of Long Island, New York, Baldwin is a multifaceted creative and entrepreneurial force—combining expertise in music production, mixing and mastering engineering, songwriting, and hip-hop performance.

His journey into music began in the early 2000s, crafting lyrics and experimenting with sound alongside close collaborators. During his high school years, Baldwin honed his technical skills in audio engineering through formal training at Eastern Suffolk BOCES in Oakdale, New York, under the mentorship of industry veterans Joseph Kelly, Mark Deddy, and Chris Slater. He quickly became embedded in Long Island’s underground music scene, collaborating with local talent including B. Dvine and EQXxX, and establishing a reputation for professional-grade sound and lyrical integrity.

With a relentless drive to refine his craft, Baldwin went on to earn a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail Universityin Winter Park, Florida. There, he expanded his expertise in recording, mixing, and mastering, while gaining hands-on experience in sound design, ADR, Foley, and live sound. Collaborating with Orlando-based artists and bands, he developed a signature production style marked by technical precision and creative innovation.

Recognizing the challenges faced by independent artists in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, Baldwin also pursued a graduate degree in Business Intelligence—bridging the gap between artistic vision and business strategy. This unique combination of creative and analytical skills led to the founding of New Vision Entertainment: a full-service audio production company designed to meet the needs of modern artists.
